Throughout his career, Rob has consistently built strong teams, delivered exceptional service, and achieved meaningful results—all while maintaining a people-first approach. His leadership style is grounded in empathy and a deep commitment to supporting others through change.

Rob’s passion for helping seniors and families stems from his personal journey. For more than 14 years, he cared for his mother through significant life transitions. That experience opened his eyes to the emotional and logistical challenges many face, and inspired him to build a business centered around support, dignity, and respect.

Now, through ONESource Moving Solutions, Rob is dedicated to making life transitions smoother for those in Calgary. His mission is clear: to provide services people can trust, delivered with integrity and care.
